| Circumstances: | Maryland Child Abduction Emergency: Sterling and Stephon Blackwell,are 16 and 17 year old Black/males in the company of Unknown suspects and last seen in the 600 block of Plymouth Rd in Catonsville operating a 2004 Black BMW 645 with MD Temp tags: 04350D. CHILD: Sterling Blackwell is further described as being Five feet four inches and 150 pounds. The child was last seen wearing Blue Jeans and Green hoodie sweatshirt. CHILD: Stephon Blackwell is further described as being five feet seven inches and 145 pounds. The child was last seen wearing Blue jeans and Gray sweatshirt. LOCATION: The children were last observed at approximately 11:00 AM in the area of the 600 Block of Plymouth Rd in Catonsville, MD. The children are believed to have been abducted by several unknown suspects. SUSPECT: No description at this time.
