It's really all in the name. Plus stem cells.

They take fat from one part of your body and stem cells (I assume this goes for everybody but a bit better if you're overweight) then transfer it where you want it and the cells eventually become the fat tissue of the mass or breast. They're saying eventually it'll be possible to do the same for the penis.

Then there's the long distance hope of making muscle mass out of it.

I don't mind implants all that much. So whether that's cheating doesn't bother me much. So with this being your own fat, ppl can make the excuse it's natural via unnatural procedure.

 

when it comes to us dudes getting artificial work done, I think adding height/muscles is a better comparison, considering those are the features on display. women are at a bit of a disadvantage because it is customary for them to wear clothes that are form fitting and showing off the size of their assets. If it was the norm for men to wear clothes that clearly revealed the size of our organ, more men would sympathize with women that want to get these augmentations done, and meat implants would be more prevalent. I like curvy girls, but realistically, it's the overall package that counts, and how they 'wear' themselves.

People tend to be their own worst critic and nitpick their shortcomings. They tend to dwell on it and feel like it's holding them back. Other people don't even see it as a big deal.

Also, our culture judges women on looks MUCH more harsher than men, so if they feel like they're lacking in a certain area, I can see why they would want to fix it.

I was on facebook and I someone made a very good point. A girl that's very smart an opinionated (and FINE might I add) was discussing body modifications and how she's okay with them because people should do whatever they want if it makes them feel good about themselves (she has breast implants), and a guy that she knows replied "if you're adding something artificial, then you're not exhibiting true self confidence b/c you had to add something fake", needless to say she got pissed, but homie brought up a valid argument.

the only limit is the surgeons morality and how willing he is to leave himself open to malpractice lawsuits should something go wrong.
