Any experiences purchasing MNML's bigger sizes?

I'm looking to purchase a pair of track pants from MNML. I'm a size 38 (6ft tall). It says to purchase a XXL. Since I'm not sure of the fit, I'm thinking I may need to get the XXXL. Does anyone have any experience purchasing these in similar sizes from MNML?
