Any info on this final four basketball and golfballs

sorry if its in the wrong boards mods please move if necessary well i was wondering if you guys had any info on this stuff its a final four basketball from1997 with numbers i have never seen on a basketball it says RSS-NCAA-K it also says approved for ncaa competition also i have these two golf balls anyone knowwho they are signed by?
