Any NTers work in the Solar Power Industry?

I'm starting a new career on Friday with a Solar installation company - I've been in the hotel business for the last 11 years and I'm feeling like I need a change.

I'll be doing Project Development and Asst Project Manager will be my starting position.

I'm looking for some good trade/business resources to catch up on industry terminology and common practices... I picked up a great podcast called "The Energy Gang" by Green Tech Media and have www.solarprofessional.com and www.solarindustrymag.com bookmarked and have read through a lot of articles there.

Anyone else work in this field?  What are your experiences?
