Anybody here learn a Slavic Language after the age of 10?

Just wondering if anyone on here has learned a Slavic language after the age of 10. How difficult was it picking it up? Can you also read and write in any of the various languages?
Slavic languages from what I here aren't very easy to learn especially with all the cases and hardly any similar vocabulary for say, an English speaker to grasp onto easily.

Personally, I have trouble just learning French

Any advice?

Well I was born into it and then learned English afterwards when I moved to the U.S. I can tell you this much, I can tell immediately when someone is not a natural and wasn't born into the language. The accents are just so obvious and it's like impossible to get rid of because people just don't know how to manipulate the sounds enough. I know Polish btw.
