Anyone else have this problem with FTL?

Bought my tinkers @ FTA Mon. and my VIP card wouldn't go through. Called FTA & they said both FTA & FTL club accounts are ghost but my champs account is fine. They said they will activate them & to call back in a few days. I called back today & its ghost again. They said they will send me an email mon. on the status.

Has anything simiar happened to anyone else? Hesitant to buy again untill its resolved.
