Anyone else have this problem with Time Warner?

My box got shut off and reset on Friday and when it came up I had a whole bunch of new HD channels (Food Network, A&E, History Channel, etc) but when Iflip to the channel, the screen stays black. Is this a problem anyone else has had? I spoke to them but they weren't really helpful plus I was on holdfor 20 minutes.

If you don't have and HDTV you won't be able to see those channels.

I do have an HDTV and a box I've been getting all of the regular local channels, the sports channels and the movie channels.
