anyone ever return stuff they bought on ebay?

im so mad right now, i ordered blacked out tail light covers for my car and one of them was cracked in half. i heard its a pain to try to get returns or replacements on stuff. its from a big company so im hoping that makes it easier. share your stories to make me feel better

yeah i bought a wireless adapter for my xbox and it didnt work, got my refund, everything was cool

received a brand new router that didnt work, returned it and got a brand new one no problem. Most sellers especially big sellers that sells lots of stuff its easier to return.
