My career is over

Used to have them back in high scholl. Man that %+$% was extra painful, but tyour career is nowhere near over. I had the trainer massage them with flexallbefore every practice. Then wrap them with athetic tape so i could practice and them ice bath them after practice. Did this for a full track season, and afterfinding out I was flat footed and changing up my shoe game, they pretty much went away before college.

I had em' , just take a break from most running for a week or two and you should be good, and ice everyday.

I had to wear compression sleeves on both legs in high school. I didn't understand, but the trainer insisted it was better for me. To this day, I'mstill not sure if it was mental that it helped or not. Oh yeah, and like the above said, lots of massaging, wrapping, and icing.

man i remember having this...it was painful..i had to go through basketball and track season with this..SMH

Shin splints are no joke. I know rest is probably the best thing for it, but I can't stand to not run for 2 weeks.

I believe I'm flat-footed as well. What shoes did you switch to? AM 360's look good, but they ain't doing @%+# for me performance-wise

fixed.

I went to the doctors and she gave me some pills and I also took a break from doing any physical activities for about 2 weeks.

I had it when doing conditioning in high school. bad shoes. couple weeks rest and new shoes fixed it for good.
