Anyone in the service?

Thinkng about enlisting. Can anyone provide any valid reasons why or why not to join? i.e personal experiences, etc. Thanks in advance

I've thought about it too, have opted to complete two years of college first though. After that, If I feel like im going nowhere I'm out (or should i say IN) lol

im not doin anything. i was laid off in august and now im back in school but i dont see my life goin anywhere right now so i was lookin at the military as an option to learn something new, get out of the monotony im in and serve my country of course

i know a guy who was a secretary for a white house aid. nobody in the secret service tho
