Just send them back to Monster. They're very good with this type of stuff. More than likely, they will send you a new pair or just give you another lead to replace the broken one.

whenever I had sound in only one ear, it was the headphone jack in my iPod that was broken. Did you check the headphones with another player?

edit: nevermind i just saw the pic...do you know how to solder?
