He's always had thick skin but not completely bulletproof that is why the bullet drew blood. Most of the bullets were hitting his chest plate so it was bouncing off but once it hit his heads, blood started coming out.

Well the bullet barely scratched him but yeah for some reason the DC writers have no idea how to make Aquaman better.

They need to get better writers to make Aquaman better. You can tell when the writers are joking on the hero they're writing for.

I think DC need to kill Aquaman, keep him dead for years and during that time concoct a badass origin and a better premise for his on land interactions.

I believe in the Marvel vs DC crossover, Aquaman fought Namor to a standstill. Then he threw a whale on Namor and that was that. Wish I could find it online but I swear that's what happened.
