i don't dig gold that much, but the 97 model makes a lot of colorways worthwhile.. especially with the 3m accents and the overall construction of the shoe

looks like an upcoming purchase for me.. something i haven't said about nike for a LONG time

The one difference that I notice on the new AM 97 is tha they are a lot more pointy. I picked up the Metallic Silvers at HUF and the toe just seems to be curled up. I only have the TRUE 97's to compare from a couple years back. Was the HOA '97 like that as well?
