how long would it take me to get form brookshire to sonar walking? is it safe late at night to be walking? could i get lost easily?

sheraton is a bit expensive at ~1400 + flight for 3 night stay and all the other ones in 'walking distance' listed above are fully booked

brookshire is about 1000-1100 + flight for 3 or 4 nights so im leaning towards that. im travelling alone if that matters

You'll be okay walking. You are downtown, so you don't have to worry about walking through any neighborhoods or anything like that. Sonar is a block down from city hall and about three blocks from police headquarters.

depending on how wary you are of crashing with strangers, may be worth it to hit up craigslist and offer some money for a couch to crash on.  definitely a lot of friendly hardcore/metal kids in baltimore that would be willing to help.

oh and make sure you see surroundings.

If you were worried about walking the streets but okay with sleeping on some stranger's couch, something is wrong. #ImJustSayin
