Im going to tell you this one time... there isnt any good barber shops in everett...forget about it
forget about the northend all together. try sals capitol hill, valentines (nh) greenwood, Supreme Cutz (highly recomended) University way or D&J's inlake city i think. there listed with the cities so 411 it.
