. I'm leaving in 3weeks and they figure they move into the newly renovated apartment next door that has a washer/dryer.

My new housemate already has a 46 inch flatscreen/PS3 (guy I'm living with in my new condo in Atlanta).....possibly a theatre system. It wouldbe stupid/ excessive for me to buy another one. I may cop one for my room tho. And my other housemate, one of the guys moving out could give me a discount on aTV if I wanted one.

BDW NYC is losing...granted everything is cheaper in the south and you get paid less.

I got a 2 BR/ 2BA luxury condo in the North Decatur for $1150 (575 each)....i'm paying $800 a month now to live in Harlem

My stepdad just took a look at it and says it's amazing...he says the rooms are huge
