C3, it's the pinacle of hip hop. Every generation has an album that sets the bar so high it becomes what everyone strives for. We had Paid in Full, Illmatic, and now C3; a culmination of everything rap should be; and one of the finest works music has seen in general. I doubt it will ever be topped unless by Wayne himself.

Lil wayne is not great.
Ill give him, an amazing work ethic, and the best charisma in the game but...
The singles lack quality, they are what is hot at the time.

Compare this...
Lupe's Superstar to Wanye's lolipop.
Lupe can still be lyrically sick, and put out a hot single. While with wayne the dude is saying random $^&! on auto tune.

+ just because people like the music, doesn't mean its good.
