i cant tell you which is the best but i can tell you which is the worst??
LG Insight....i swear, dam thing feels like a computer with alot of viruses. Constantly freezing, taking a while to load things (messages, pictures, music, etc).

The Captivate. If not you can wait for a new android phone to drop or something from the Windows Phone 7 line to drop. The BB Torch is weak.
