Best basketball shoes out this year?

I'm a PG and I'm looking to get a new pair of shoes for next season. I've been thinking about getting the Kobe 8s or the new Hyperdunks but I wanna hear your opinion as well. And make sure they're not super expensive like the Jordan XX8.
