I need a pair of cargo shorts that are good in quality, and long in length. I've came down to either Old Navy, or Abercrombie. Price isn't an issue(still though abercrombie ftl). Which is better?

take to tailor and have them tailor it to whatever length that you want.

I've got a couple pairs of Abercrombie cargo's. I dont really like the baggy-ness, so I'll vote for Old Navy

Go with Old Navy. I prefer the feel of their cargo shorts over Abercrombie, and I definitely prefer the price.

not really...
most of l my cargo shorts are made from tailored pants...they're awesome b/c I can make their length exactly how I want it.

the extra 8-10 bucks you pay to get them tailored is worth it.
