Bullit had a classic scene yes, despite the continuity errors. Ronin was great too.

Bourne movies had a couple great ones.

I generally prefer the more realistic ones where it's not everything goes perfectly, that foot chase through apartments etc while having great cinematography, was "too perfect" and obviously fake. Stuff goes wrong and I prefer films that reflect that.

I also know the area where this chase took place.
It's all one chase scene, but it was long. Probably not the "best" but it's one of my faves.
