**Best portable Navigation/GPS unit for $125-$200?**

Moving in a few weeks and am looking to get a GPS for my truck to help get around. Google maps on my BB isnt cutting it. Any recommendations? Tom Tom? Garmin? Suggestions/tips for what to look for?
