I just moved to the South Bay and am craving carne asada with a side of rice, beans and tortillas. I dont want to go to a restaurant. There has to be a great carniceria for this in the south bay.

Gracias in advance.

My favorite 2 places are in Mountain View, and they are only several blocks away from each other.

First one is my long time favorite as I have been going here since the late 80's:

The Second place is almost as good.  A little cheaper but still tastes really good.  If you like Carnitas, I prefer this locations Carnitas over the La Bamba's carnitas.

Give one of these a try.  It's not too far from the the 101 freeway.

Chavez market on McKee & 680 is pretty cool, just make sure you specify you want the fresher pinker looking stuff and they will give it to you. I'll try to do some research on that to update you with a better answer at a later time. But off hand ask some piza's around that you see and check if you think they know what they're talking about. Try to find out where most of the o.g. piza's go.

I went to Mi Pueblo Market and bought some carne asada. It was good? Thoughts? Is there better then?
