I can't really say, the spot I used to go to moved in S.Oakland but I never seen the shop when down there. But the spot Wiz go to on S. Highland is good from what I heard. I don't plan on gettin any work done for a while so I can't really say for sure. There's also a slew of shops on the S.S. of course, just stay away from S.S. Tattoo, heard they prices high
