best way to collect payment for your small business vol. cashdays are over

for anyone collecting payments for their small business or whom have paid small businesses, whats a good option?
I see alot about stripe and square but obviously would like something with the least fees. I feel like ach/wire might not be reasonable for sub 5k transactions

I prefer Zelle. no transaction fees for any amount. and its straight bank to bank. And the bank's mobile app version usually has it as an option available.
