But if you really want to protect your car, make it look unappealing. Don't let anything valuable looking in sight. All you can really do is hope. Ifsomeone REALLY wants your car, they can take it. Its just a chance thing

true but w/ a kill switch it will take serious time to find it, if you hide it somewhat well, a person that just wants to steal cars isnt going to sit in a carthat they cant hotwire instantly , it just makes sense, why look for 10 min for a kill switch when you can go to another car in another location and itprobably wont' have a kill switch and you can hotwire it almost instantly

if you are serious about your alarm you can also hide the brain for it, run it off another hidden battery, get multiple sirens and hide all those. but just astock alarm isn't gonna stop anyone who is doing anything more than car surfing.
