This show is confusing

Basically saul thinks his brother built that company. He's come down with some type of illness that's preventing him to work. The firm is giving him "disability pay" to avoid giving him his due portion. I don't know if pension is the correct term. His brother is in denial, thinking that he's going to return, when it's clear that he's psycho. The partners are manipulating him into getting saul to change his name.
