Big foodie in NYC for the next two days for the Big East Tournament...put me on some cheap spots Bou

Also don't want to start a pizza war but, Juliana's (owner of the original Grimaldi's) under the Brooklyn bridge. > the Grimaldi's next door, Lombardi's and L&B Spumoni.

I heard DiFara's in Brooklyn might top Juliana's but I have yet to try it.

I went to Gyu-Kaku a few months back for dinner. Pricey Japanese grill place. The NY steak we grilled up at our table was amazing. They have lunch and happy hour specials that aren't priced too bad.

I've never heard a guy refer to themsleves as foodies.
That's why I used it in the title, because the people that know what I mean would be the ones giving the best advice

I second everyone who mentioned Pies N Thighs, Artichoke, Prosperity Dumpling, Shake Shack, Pomme Frites and Bon Chon.
