Black Grape 5 Suede Restoration Help

Bought these to restore, and need help. The suede is ashy, grey, and shiny. I tried Lincoln ez cleaner and jason mark but neither worked. The biggest problem is the suede/nubuck on the toe is matted down and shiny. I tried brushing it out but that didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks View media item 895479
