Blackberry Pearl HELP!!!!

I somehow hid my icons and now I can't get them back.

I hit the Menu button and it says "Turn Phone Off".

How do I get my Icons back.

The are just yellow circles at the bottom.

Yellow circles? If you press the navigation button (the one that looks like the blackberry logo) there should be an option that says "Show All"
