the problem with bokurano was that the mangaka had something to express about society thru the stories of EACH kids. showing the reality of society. greed and filt in today's world.as all kinds of tragedies happenes everyday.

but in the anime it's straight up "alien make us fight in mecha". and let's ignore all the back stories of the kids that are suppose to be the backbone of the story and forcus on them yukazu and politians grown ups having filty political struggles with no struggles actually shown.


Code geass success was because of the huge back world POV it has along with sunrise
no doubt about it that for mecha design sunrise's #1 in the industry. but hack. look at seed destiney. horrible character designs. finally realize they need help on character designes. crossovering with Clamp.

incoperated with clamps traditional theme of
"there's no co-incident, everything is destined"
no characters were wasted in plot devolopment even done to a single MAID. that's how detail the plot planning was.
excellent script write with clever carefully choice of wording. the amount of reality existed theories being adopted into use along with its own fictional theories.



the whole project was well planed down to each single accessories products. extra supplments from CD drama. DVD extra episode of picture drama to get the story even stronger.

one of the story was about the first time rival met lulu. and the reason of him having the cycle that has the extra side seat on the side.(lulu comment he ain't interest of riding behind a man lol..)

Yea, Sunrise did a real good job with Code Geassed watching was because of Stage 3.25 (those who have seen it know what it is about

because those oba san are oba SAMA that has the all seeing eyes in all deminsions. i don't want to get "it's not co-incident, it's destinted" ending up getting "Onikakushi"

the last few series's final review might never seen daylight since i am really sleepy now. ironicly those are the best titles in this season.. :\

The only show in the new season that is gripping my interest is Kaiji. I watched Akagi and virtually the entire team behind Akagi (Madhouse Studios) is gonna be animating Kaiji.

It's just gonna be one of those really gritty types of shows.

I highly recommend shinjuku swan manga if you can get your hands on it. its about the life of a scout in tokyo. pretty interesting stuff. I dont know if anyone translated it tho, but I heard that an anime might be in the works.

Ok...so I've officially given up on Romeo x Julieted watching Shakugan No Shana a show. The whole thing about replacing people with torches, and then the torches just slowly fading and people not noticing.....well, um....thats gonna take some serious suspense-of-disbelief.
