I believe those are Beyern Mesh wheels

They look similar to optional wheels available on e46 M3s, but the deepdish offset of the rear wheels is a pretty good indicator they're probably not OEM. BMW offset wheels tend to concave subtly where you almost don't notice they're offsets.
They look alot like BBS LM wheels, but without the studs. Judging be the front wheel they appear to be cast, so they might be BBS reps. The deep inset bolt pattern also looks very similar to BBS LM, as opposed to a BMW OEM wheel.
