Bout to purchse my first Bluetooth Headset. vol. do i need to clean my ears first?

after years of using those standard headset, im finally upgrading.

im trying to find something with mp3 capable but it doesnt have to. something nice looking with the flashing LED light, voice dial, vol adjustment, 1 touchreceive and end call button.



recommendations? Pics? Pics on ear?

which would you say looks better.. BT headset with the half a circle thing that attach to the ears or the BT headset that fits to the ear?
