Calling all graphic designers.

Hey NT,
So my school finally started to do a ski and snowboard club/team this year.  And we would like some help in designing a logo of some sort integrating "CWU" or something along the lines of that.

Below, is a rough sketch someone put together, but its pretty #%@!!+.  You can also feel free to take a look at and pull any graphics/ideas from the school site cwu.edu

Doesn't need to be anything fancy, a rough sketch or something simple will do.  

No incentives yet, but if I find one that we use I'll be sure to send a small care package your way.
