Me and my girl have been shopping for a nice compact digital camera. We don't know much about cameras (actually nothing at all about cameras) But just would like a nice quality camera that takes beautiful still shots and shoots 1080i video. Also my girl prefers it to be compact/small/light not to bulky, and wants it in white.
I tried doing some research, but I just don't know what the heck i'm reading. But I came across the Nikon 1 V1 and Olympus Pen EPL3. Can anybody school me on these or have opinons? Thanks.
EDIT: Oh yeah forgot about our budget. We're looking to spend probably up to $600-700 price range.
