Just laugh homie and hopefully someone can do it. It shouldn't be too hard.. if I had the right program I'd do it for you.

Break down the GIF into the two pictures / frames it has and trim the white edge on one of them and copy and paste it into the other frame w/ the head tilted in the opposite direction. I learned it in High School during Computer Tech. Don't have the programs at home tho
