Title: The General
Award: NT General Black & Red Cup - idk someone could make up a more meaningful name for a title
Duration: 6 months - could be different - feedback needed
Restrictions:
1) Only NT General posters allowed to be nominated
2) No Admins and Moderators allowed to be nominated
3) Both staff and non-staff NT members allowed to vote
4) You cannot vote for yourself
5) You cannot vote more than once
6) NT'ers must have over 200 posts for vote to count
7) 100 individual posters minimum needed for award to be distributed
8 ) Voting will last for one week (Saturday to a Saturday)
9) Votes tallied and winner announced the next day (Sunday)
10) In the case of a tie, delegates from each of the 10 NT regions + 1 International will confer to decide in case of a tie breaker
11) In case of foul-play by the reigning "General," he/she will be banned from competing for the General cup for 1 year
If anyone thinks this is a good idea and wants to add more details to the idea post it.
If people think this is a good idea we can start voting on representatives of each regional sub-forum

I was thinking first person to get 5 votes from others stating their username and region gets to be a representative in case of a tie breaker. New representatives are voted in before NT general election. Representative can still vote in general election but follows same rules listed above.
