I Purchased Four Infinity Speakers (Kappa Series) Think Got 300 Watts Max Power 100RMH And I Got An Alpine CDA 9856 Head unit... Since I Put In The Back TwoSpeakers At Some Point The Sound Will Go Max Out And They Go Out I Checked All My Wiring Everything Looked Aight Headunit Seems To Be Fine And A Tech Head WasLike I Need An Amp To Avoid Them Cutting Off At A Certain Point (don't sound rite) Anyone Had This Problem Have Any Resolutions...Or Is That Honestly TheCut Off Limit For The Speakers Output?

You need to amp them and not run them to distortion levels. They cut off so they don't blow out.

btw, underpowering is just as bad as over powering ...

check your max wattage for your head and you'll probably see is not enough ..

also you should keep your max level at around 80% to avoid clipping .. 100% max level can result in clipping and blown out speakers/subs!

you need a amp man. class a/b

your really missing out on what those speakers are capable of.
