Car Help VoL Sell,Trade???

I have a 2002 Passat 120,000 miles I owe $4,200 on it and lately it has been having small problems here and there
A/C went out For a Month
i 2 Have a oil leak

CV Joint

Pretty much its a money pit, im thinking of either selling it for what i owe and just trying to get a new car with less mile
or
Fixing the problems and be on my way?


BTW can any one run a carfax for me?
