Been playing around with it for a few months. Mostly using it to generate broiler plate code snippets that I'd otherwise have to Google, find and then read documentation for.

It can't write fully fleshed out code, but it can generate the backbone for useful code snippets if you write good prompts.

Regardless of what you're asking it to do, good prompt writing is the key, which is a skill in itself.

I was trying to make a background for a lofi video and was surprised at how well it did with descriptions like “cartoon black woman with natural hair in a studio apartment with the window open overlooking a city skyline and a cat on the couch.” It was about 90% spot on what i asked for
