Yeah but u can't let them get to you. It's preseason ain't nothing else to talk about, other that TT holding out on the Cavs.

Winning cures all. Regardless of all the BS that's put out there, once we start jelling and the ball gets rolling no one will care. We'll see where we're really at around Xmas-Jan.

On a side note the Bucks ain't no joke.

    Rumors.. I don't believe it.

At the end of the season, Butler had said it himself that him and Rose are "friends" in the court, but outside of business, they don't hang out because Rose has other things he gots to take care of and a son. And we can see that Rose doesn't hang with many or any NBA players at all.

So something the media are trying to feed and stir up something to create a tension. Letting Rose play the bad guy and Butler as the savior because goodness gracious, there are a ton of reviews of Butler already, of how he's the leader, how he's better than Rose, how he is stepping up to Michael Jordan's leadership... all that.

Thing i respect most about Jimmy is how hard he plays during the games and during the offseason. I think like the rest of us, i could care less if they get along or hang out i just want them to play well together.

Team is in an interesting spot this year, not a title contender but we arent rebuilding. Worst spot to be in.

This! It is like what Jimmy said. Since the bulls lost, they have to put the blame on someone or something. If their chemistry is on point and they're winning the rumors will stop.

i think the rumors are true...didnt before but now i'm certain they dislike each other....
think about it Hoiberg just said he sees Butler a MJ/KG type leader.....you guys do know MJ/KG didnt share their teams it WAS their team, they were the man and everyone fell in line behind them. Hoiberg said Butler's work ethic is amazing, on 2 a days he comes in 3 times. I don't think this is new for butler this must have been developing for a year now where butler is working off his tail and taking a leadership role. Where is Rose during all this? he has always been a quiet leader but now hes saying things like he wants to walk his at his kids graduation, how hes looking forward to free agency. sounds like a guy who realizes he lost his team. think about how would you feel if at your job they hire someone that does the same work you do, only they are working harder to produce what you produce while also being well liked by all. how would that make you feel? to a quiet person it would hurt, especially so when you have issues that take you away from the job a lot...ie injury....Rose lost his team, its Butlers team, I realized that when the new coach compared his leadership to MJ/KG. Where there is smoke there is fire.... thing is we are stacked with talent hopefully these 2 can put that junk aside and just play to their talents and this team will be great. winning is the best cure.

I'm sorry but jimmy had 1 really good season last year and I'm sure he wants to be a leader but MJ and KG?! nahh that might sound good, but I'm not buying into that yet. Those two better watch some old scottie and Michael highlights and get over it.

I'm torn on the issue, for a while I've tried to pretend there not true but it can't be denied anymore. Jimmy is throwing far too much shade and his ego getting a bit big after one good season..... Where I'm torn is I don't like what he doing but I respect it. As a competitor and a man you see your chance to outwork folks and take the number 1 spot you're gonna do it. Of course rose can't control his injuries but Jimmy still see his chance and any competitor going to step up. Also rose talks far too much and I read a good article as far as insight on to why maybe he does that. With everything he been through he has to believe and talk like that or he will never again achieve or be able to play as him self again he has to have supreme confidence in able to get back. However I'm pretty sure this has rubbed teammates the wrong way because he hasn't backed it up until the playoffs. Now I know as a passionate fan the last playoff game sticks out whole team checked out some would say Jimmy kept trying but honestly didn't have the ability honestly, rose on the other hand the highest paid, the most vocal about his greatness just mentally said F it. No way does his teammates or Jimmy not see this and shake their head. I'm saying this to say Rose has put him self in this situation to be challenged he wants his team back and to quiet down Jimmy go prove its still your team. Jimmy making it clear through play, media help and comments that he the hardest working and wants it more, how can I be mad at that.

Here my issue with that rose got hurt his first day hoiberg even making those comments was pretty foolish or he trying to motivate rose. He has no true interaction with rose other than maybe him visiting him in the summer so of course he gonna speak on Jimmy the top player who actually there so we can't put too much into those comments.
My other issue yes butler is working hard no doubt however no one knows what rose is doing unlike Jimmy he hasn't put it everywhere to be known. Rose works out with russy and KD as well so I'm pretty sure I'm not going to question the work he putting in out in LA

True. I agree with you. Jimmy is saying all the right things to the media, and is doing all the right things on the court.

I do feel like some of his comments in his interviews, he took some shots at Rose or maybe it just me thinking of that because of the similar relations to Rose situation.

Butler is great and all but he can't do it without Rose. Rose has done it without Butler in prior to his ACL injury.

If Butler is honestly sending shots at Rose, he's gotten his ego over his head and needs to fall back.

Great read on JB. Dude is a workhorse. I see him moving up to the 25+ ppg this season. The only thing that will stop that is if Rose enters the 20s again this year. I'm not even worried about the alleged tension. They have to figure it out. It will work out. I don't see a better backcourt in the land.

    Jimmy--

I love having Derrick as a teammate. Just let us play together. I think we can be one of the best backcourts in the NBA"

Hopefully Snell does something major with the time. I'm still waiting to see Summer league Snell show up. Now that Thibs is gone maybe he gets the chance to cook.

S/O Jimmy for speaking to these damn rumors. I'm so tired of hearing that ****. We haven't even won anything, and they're trying so damn hard to create drama.
