Roscoes waffles have a hint of cinnamon in them. Their chicken is crisp to perfection.. THERE REALLY IS NO SUBSTITUTION.

I wish we had a Roscoe's in Houston...I've only been there twice

Waffle House waffles and Frenchy's Chicken is the closest it comes to Scoe's unfortunately.
