Cleaning Foamposite Soles/Dying Foamposite Soles

I know this topic has come up many times, but is there an alternative to seaglow and retr0bright? Another question I have is: what is the proper way to dye foamposite soles? i have a pair of royal blues that I am thinking about dying black. I was going to get Rit powder black dye, liquid black dye, and seaglow and mix it into a cup and apply on the soles. Any advice would be great. Just got into my foamposite addiction
