Cleaning up a pair of Flint 13's from 2005

I have a pair of old 13's from 05 and I played basketball with them back in the day. The soles of the shoes have started to peel away from the outer bootie. Is it worth/ can they be restored? If so, how much would I be looking at? Just looking for some insight
