This is what happens when you allow yourself to be brainwashed. We have people stating that they are lazy along with all minorities. SMH! Many minorities need to stop seeking validation from white people that their cause is just. Instead of joining together and fighting for a cause, many allow themselves to allow white people to make the decision on what is a just cause to fight for. A white person tells a minority to stop playing the race card or to ignore discrimination and because the white person is held in such high regard by said minority, the minority will start repeating this diatribe as if it is fact.

I'm not sure if you agree or disagree with the point. The fact of the matter is this generation is so comfortable and distracted that there is never a real effort to come together and create change. Black, white, brown, blue, purple. This generation is at a standstill.

There comes a point where you have to take personal responsibility for the lack of motivation and effort. It's not the only factor, but it's a big one.

its simply numbers. there are mostly white people in america so when a sick individual comes along and does something crazy chances are hes gonna be the most popular race in this country. more profiling thats exactly what this country needs, give these cops even more power great thinking guys.

you can't make right of one group of injustice by passing it a long to another.
and I truly think it's despicable that any black person who has been profiled by cops, stalked while walking in a store as if you're going to steal something, or just given any form of discrimination would think it's acceptable thing to happen to others under the guise of keeping people safe.

the guy in the video isn't really advocating profiling, he's pointing out the fact that there is a bias
when a minority commits a crime, their race is brought into the issue always
when 70% of mass shootings are committed by white men though, they are are still viewed as individuals
his point is that if that 70% were black men, or muslims, people would be approaching the situation completely differently
he's saying that next time a crime is committed by a minority, they shouldn't be looked at as some monolithic creature, but be treated like crazy individuals the same way this kid has been

Apparently the point of the original article was lost on him and he just wanted to trumpet the emergence of a Black mass shooter, presumably to counter the "profile" that subjects White men to absolutely zero public scrutiny and was developed purely for rhetorical effect.

Your post was obviously an attempt to say, "SEE!!! A BLACK GUY DID IT!! IT'S NOT JUST WHITE MEN!!!" Nice of you to wait until the victims' bodies cooled off, at least.
I guess you missed the sarcasm inherent in the original article. Nobody's actually stopping every lone White man at a shopping mall because it's assumed they're a mass murderer. The author's intention was to show how ridiculous (and biased) racial profiling can be - and to demonstrate that the media and law enforcement have not and will not profile White men for crimes like these, or pedophilia, or any crime for which they are disproportionately charged.
If it was your point to suggest that "anyone can go crazy," well, anyone can be a terrorist. Anyone can be an undocumented immigrant. Anyone can do drugs. (In fact, statistically speaking, White Americans do more of them.) If you're rejecting the utility of racial profiling... you're essentially agreeing with the premise of the article referenced in the topic post. As a society, we DON'T profile White men as lunatic mass shooters - yet our society DOES profile young Black men, not even for specific crimes but as criminals in general. How many young Black men have literally died as a result of racial profiling this year?
You certainly took the LONG way around the block, but hopefully now you at least understand the issue here.

No one denied racial profiling though...the whole idea is that racial profiling shouldn't exist as evidenced by yesterday's shooting. Everyone assumes white males perpetrate these acts just like everyone assumes black males perpetrate gang violence.
