The funny thing is most head of diversity i've come across were white women.

They are basically watering down the pool of eligible minority coaches. If it was hard before it'll be even harder now because instead of fake interviewing just minority coaches, they can now fake interview women too.

There should be 2 separate pools and initiatives. They should have to interview minority men and women ALSO.

Overall, I am for it. Just narrow it down.
