I worked for them the summer before my sophomore year in high school. I didn't ever interview though, my boy was already working there and basically told his manager to hire me so I could help him out.
The last house we painted took an entire month of 40-50 hour work weeks under the blistering Texas sun. Our manager told us the wrong color to paint the house... TWICE... meanwhile, each time the customers waited until we were entirely done each time before informing us the colors were wrong. My boy cracked his ribs falling off of the company's defective ladder while two stories up. And when we finally did finish everything for the third time, with the right colors, our manager decided to disappear with the money that was supposed to cover our entire month's worth of hard work. We ended up spending the next three months working things out with the BBB to ultimately get a third of the money that we were owed... "Jeff" our manager was never heard from again, and College Pro Painting was unapologetic to say the least.
And that's just one story...
