Never had a pair of these or any of retros I had the candy cane 14s though but always preferred these over the ones I had

Had every pair of these, had the OG’s in high school which I beat. The 05’s and the 2011 version.

Hope it’s a remastered version of the 99 OG’s.

I don't agree 100% with the year tho, there was some good stuff there. All-Star 13's, YOTR 7's, TB 3's.

The distance between the ‘11 and the ‘05 is the same as the distance between the ‘05 and the OG, especially on the court.

I remember being SO HYPED for the ‘05s, only to have my hopes and dreams completely dashed. It’s not that they sucked, they were just such a stark drop off from the OG.

FTR, I still have wearable OGs, so I’m not pulling from some fantasized memory from 1999.

All that said, I’m probably going to pick these up
