Loved it.
I want to watch it a few more times, just because I know those representations of the Vietnamese and the French were there for a very deliberate reason. The story feels like an allegory for life in America as a black man. I didn’t like the hat at first, but it’s huge in what it represents and how it’s threaded throughout the story.
Delroy Lindo.
I saw Giancarlo Esposito was credited, but I don’t remember seeing him. Anyone know where I missed him?
